Erik Radenmaker

Erik Radenmaker (1955) was educated at the Vrije Academie Psychopolis in The Hague and the Willem de Kooning Academy in Rotterdam. In his paintings you often encounter women, sometimes provocative, sometimes funny, sometimes bitchy, threatening, sometimes in a (loving or tragicomic) relationship with a man, or displaying masculine traits themselves, sometimes in a semi-mythical environment - always colorful. He paints with acrylic and oil paint on canvas surfaces varying from 1/2 to 1 m2.
